Pope Francis’ respiratory tract infection represents a “complex clinical picture” that will require further hospitalization, the Vatican said on Monday, because the concern grew due to all the fragile health of the 88-year-old Pontenif. Vatican spokesman Matteo Bruni said the recent test results show that the Pope suffers from a “polymycrobial respiratory tract infection”, which required further change of his drug therapy.
