Pope Francis was diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia in both lungs, but she was in a good mood, the Vatican said on Tuesday.
“Laboratory tests, an X -ray of the chest and clinical conditions of the Holy Father continue to represent a complex picture,” the Vatican states.
