Philadelphia is to let the transcends to play in sports for girls, defying Trump, so Law
Philadelphia schools will continue to allow transgender athletes to play in girls’ sports, even after Pennsylvania’s state announced that it would be in accordance with President Donald Trump “No Men in Women’s Sport” Executive command.

The statement comes just a day after Pennsylvania Interscholastic Atletic Association (PIAA) approved an audit of its policy that prevents transcending athletes in women’s sports. The new policy addresses the principals to determine the student’s “gender” when “questioned or insecure”, adding the line that says, in accordance with Trump’s executive command, “schools must consult with their school lawyers in relation to the order.”
The rejection of Philadelphia to respect Trump’s command is the first known instance of the city to defy the policy of transferring his own state since Trump’s executive order entered into force.
In New York, an educational official spoke against the intent of the state to defy Trump’s command. However, it seems that the City and the state will continue to allow transcends to compete.

Because Pennsylvania tries to adhere to Trump’s order, but confronted with resistance from Philadelphia, other countries on the battlefield have also been divided into this.
Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (Wiaa) announced last week that he updated his policies to allow athletes only “labeled as women at birth” Girls of sports. Wisconsin earlier enabled a transition to girls sports from 2013.

Bondi referred to the move of the Ministry of Justice in Sue Illinois and New York earlier in February for defiance of the Federal Laws on Immigration.
“We also stand ready to sue the states and state entities that defy the Federal Antodiscrimination Laws,” Bondi wrote.
