Pakistan who played 11 for the Champions Trophy 2025 leaked; Babar Azam removed as ..
Former Aakash Chopra Indian opener has selected Pakistan’s scheduled playing XI for the upcoming champion trophy. Babara moved to the shocking move to number 3 after playing as an opener in a recent three-series that included New Zealand and South Africa.
Moving Babar Azama to place number 3 means a place in the opening. Aakash Chopra believes that Saud Shakeel can move a hit command to a partner Fakhar Zaman at the top, which will allow Babar to hit his favorable place.
While choosing Babar to hit in no. 3, Chopra also chose Allrounder Faheem Ashraf in the XI toy. Faheem’s selection was strongly criticized by several former crickets such as Wasi Akram, because he had a terrible record in Odis. However, he is the only comprehensive versatile in the team.

Aakash Chopra predicts that Pakistan play XI for champions trophy
As he spoke on his YouTube channel, Aakash Chopra predicted playing XI from Pakistan on the eve of their champion trophy opener against New Zealand. Chopra chose Babar Azama and Mohammad Rizwan to hit in no. 3, or no. 4.
The name was cast named by the Pakistani Vice -President in Saud Shakeel tests to open a hit with Fakhar Zaman. The middle row and bowling line did not have many surprises except the involvement of the Ashraf Faheem on no. 7.
“What will be their predicted XI? I think about Saud Shakeel with Fakhar Zaman because Saim Ayub is gone now. Babar Azam in No. 3, Mohammad Rizwan in No. 4, then Salman Agh, Khushdil Shah, Faheem Ashraf, Shaheen Afidi, Najeem Shah, Haris Rauf and Abrar Ahmed, “Chopra said.
Chopra also emphasized the importance of Babar Azam in the lineup and thought that the Pakistani striking line would spin around him and Mohammad Rizwan, who was recently in good shape with a baton.
“They still rely a lot on Babar Azam – 6000 go running and the speed at which he came to this far. Babar Azama’s Babar and Pakistan’s victory are close to each other. He and Mohammad Rizwan are their main cells,” he was observed.
Players to watch out for
Further speaking in the same video, Aakash Chopra chose three players in Pakistan to watch. These three players are Saud Shakeel, Khushdil Shah and Abrar Ahmed. All three are capable of bowling, and Abrar is a specialist.
“There will be some extra focus on three players -Saud Shakeel because we will properly see him play for the first time, Khushdil Shah because he is proven comprehensive in T20, he has a golden hand, but if he can do the job in Odis too , and Abrar Ahmed because he is slightly underestimated and not many people saw or played against him, “he noticed.
Chopra decided to pick up a strong line that has enough options in the bowling department. However, there is still concern about the availability of Haris Rauf, who injured himself during the three or series.
Abrar Ahmed is the only specialist Spinner on the team with Salman Ali Aghu who is likely to help him in bowling. Khushdil Shah is also capable of a rollover of his hand like lately in three-series.
Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan in three-series
Babar Azam was in poor form during three-series because it only collected 62 driving in three OPA on average 20.66. In the finals he looked in a good touch, but could not turn it into a big result once again.
On the other hand, Skipper Mohammad Rizwan scored 171 rides in a row, an average of 85.50. Rizwan appeared as Pakistani’s second highest runner in the series, only behind Salman Ali Agh.
