Vanessa, 44, revealed that she suggested a 13 -year -old married couple dedicated to once a week of intimacy in the midst of their hectic schedule. Vanessa and Nick host a handful of Netflix reality shows as they raised three children.

The idea actually came from a friend of a married couple, who scheduled their intimacy for Thursday, The Outlet reported. Nick, 51 and Vanessa They admitted that they had since dropped out of their routine “day of the coat of arms”, but work to return to the right path while following their family’s logistics.

Nick and Vanessa used their relationship to help competitors on the show, especially revealing arguments and how they worked through them. The couple also participates in therapy together.
“It’s really important to have a third person’s perspective on an impartial opinion,” Vanessa said of therapy.

Vanessa told Fox News Digital earlier that her family was playing a role in every decision she made.
“I have a great support system in my husband and I don’t take it for granted,” she explained. “I know there are a lot of single parents, a lot of parents who just fight that they don’t have a family or help. I’m very grateful to have them.”
She added, “My husband and I always said that we put the family in the first place, which at the end of the day, if something fails with a career choice or a work situation, we have no regret because we put our family first to our family.”
