“At this point, I have an announcement at this point,” Harrell said, reaching under his pedestal to pull out basketball.
The gesture caused a loud joy from those present, but the joy of the room quickly turned into a frustration after Harrell revealed that she was “just joking.”
“This is a long speech. I had to break it a little here,” Harrell laughed through the reactions of the crowd.

Silver said in June that both of these destinations were previously floated.
“There was a debate about returning to Seattle, potentially,” Silver said at the time, the way NBC Sports. “Las Vegas, no doubt, is very interested in the team. Mexico City one day.”
