Mayor Los Angeles Karen Bass Sack Fire Chief who said that the city failed in residents in fires
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass on Friday announced that LAFD Fire Chief Kristin Crowley had been released.
Crowley had criticized bass And another democratic leadership with the city, claiming that it had failed its 100,000 residents displaced during the January fire.

She added: “While the department is in the experienced and professional hands of the Villanueve chief, my office will lead a national search and I will talk directly with firefighters and Angelenos about what they want to see in their next permanent boss.”
Republican Rick Caruso, who ran against Bas in the last mayoral elections, criticized Crowley’s shooting.
