Man UTD chief Ruben Amorim requires three transmission windows to build a team for your system, says Gary Neville | Football news

Gary Neville says Ruben Amorim will need two or three windows to build a team in Manchester United, which can play his system.
United is 15th on the table after Sunday’s defeat at Tottenham ensured that he secured Amorim only four victories from his first 14 Premier League games.
By the summer, he wanted to delay the appointment at Old Trafford by summer, reluctant to leave the sports middle of the season after the release of Erika Ten Haga, but he was told that it was now or never.
The results were exacerbated under the amorim, but he is unwavering that he will adhere to his three attackers system, despite having a limited time on the field to implement his ideas.
Amorim said that United had to sell himself in order to buy it in the summer, potentially limiting their ability to design a team in the image of the main coach, and Neville fears that he might take a while to build a right team.
“How fast can I am, not only to introduce good players, but to get players who can fit into this system?” and Sky Sports said Pundit on AND Gary Neville Podcast.
“It’s a peculiar system, 3-4-3. It’s a system where you have to find two players in the middle that are good enough to play with each other and cover a lot of soil.
“You have to find three center-s two outside the capable of playing wide in full back areas, when the wings go forward.
“So you are looking for experts throughout the team. These are not like other systems that forgive a little.
“How quickly can I go to the United Employment team to reach the point where I can adjust this team in composition 3-4-3?
“It will be at least two to three transfer windows due to the investment that have been made and we know clubs on the edge of PSR.
“They have lost £ 300 million in the last three years, so there is a real struggle and a real struggle to spend the money they need on the transfer market. There have been a lot of waste in recent years.”
‘Bruno only Man utd player who would go into the Spurs team’
Neville says Captain Bruno Fernandes is the only Manchester United player to enter these Tottenham based on their level of performance from signing for the club.
“You would like to have Bruno there,” Neville said Sky Sports. “Maybe Amad, but to be honest with you, you have [Dejan] Kulusevski or Amad, I’ll be honest with you, I think I’d go with Kulusevsky.
“Every single Tottenham player, who probably banned, if everyone is available, is better than every single Manchester United player. And this is not emotional, it is no longer a decay, we have gone through it now.
“It’s simply sad in where Manchester United is currently located. But these players are that the level you thought were that these players and the Manchester United players were, when they were signed?
“No. That happens to them when they arrive here. And we saw the players otherwise, when they left, we actually start moving back again.
“What is happening at the club at the moment is a lot of release on the field, there are a lot of uncertainty on the ground.
“The manager has already been released this season, it is not easy to perform in that environment. It’s the same for 10 years and still doesn’t change at the moment.
“We hope that in the next two or three years, Ruben will give the time to build a successful team and team. But every Tottenham player enters his first XI.”
