Kl Rahul is forcing Rohit Sharma to wait on a team of Indian bus and later travels from a private vehicle in Dubai
Captain of India Rohit Sharma has a history of forgetting several things in the past. Rohit may be a great dough, but he has a habit of forgetting important things while traveling with a team.
When Rohit was seen waiting on a team bus after Team India arrived in Dubai for the champion trophy, it seemed that Rohit Sharma had forgotten something again. However, the Indian skipper allegedly waited for Kl Rahula there.
In a video that became viral on social networks, Rohit was seen standing at the Team bus door with a member of an assistant staff. Previously, it was speculated that Rohit may have forgotten something that forced him to wait. However, the reason was something else.

Kl Rahul’s Delays forces Rohita Sharma to wait
According to Toi, KL Rahul was the last Indian player to leave the airport in Dubai a day. Rahul left the airport 20 minutes after the rest of the team for some delay. As a result, the team went to the hotel and Rahul had to travel separately.
It is reported that Rohit is waiting for a team bus and seemed to have been trying to coordinate the delay regarding Rahul’s passport and other logistics arrangements. Since he is a captain, Rohit made sure that every player is safe to reach the hotel without any problems.
Rohit Sharma has a long history of forgetting important things like bags, headphones, and even a passport during his trips. As a result, it was speculated that this time he may have forgotten something else.
Team India land in Dubai for the champion trophy
Team India arrived in Dubai on February 15 to participate in the 2025 champion trophy. The team will hold a few net sessions before facing Bangladesh in its first match of the tournament that will be played on February 20th.
The first group of players and auxiliary staff, which included the veteran cricken Virat Kohli and Chief Coach Gautam Gambhir, went from Mumbai Airport on Saturday (February 15th) together with Captain Rohit Sharm.
The group also included Raviddra Jadej, Washington Sundar, Kl Rahul, Rishabh Pant, Kuldeep Yadav, Varun Chakravarthy, Shreyas Iyer, Axar Patel, Harshit Wound and Arshdeep Singh. According to Anna, Allrounder Hardik Pandya was the last player to join the team in Dubai.
Among the coaching staff, coach Bowling Morne Morkel, Assistant Coach Ryan Ten came, and Terren’s T dilip coach also traveled with a team. The team will get used to the conditions and will participate in several simulations of matches before it starts its campaign.
After facing Bangladesh on February 20, the men in Blue will face the superiors of Pakistan in the high voltage meeting on February 2nd. India will end their group stage with a match against New Zealand on March 2.
India will continue to play in Dubai, even if they reach the knockout while the tournament is played in the hybrid model.
