Karun Nair recently spoke with RevSportz in an interview. The 33-year-old dough claimed that the Ayit Agarkar statement was clear and it was good to receive a clear message from the national selector.
“It was good to see that a clear statement was given and I think he made it very clear that you know, what is their thinking, which makes it easier for the player to understand where to do and what to do,” Nair said.
However, Nair wants to focus on one game and not think too far. “At least for me, it just works to focus on the next match and focus on winning in Ranja Trophy at the moment,” he added.
Nair was in a sublime format in the current home season. Vidarbha Krketa played key roles in the victories of his team this season, especially in the Vijay Hazare trophy.
Ayit agarkar statement about Karun Nair
During a press conference where the Indian team was announced for the Odor series for England and the champion trophy, Ayit Agarkar asked about Nair’s form and his exclusion from both teams.
