Some attacks of Israeli immigrants were supported by soldiers.
Israeli forces and immigrants continued with their raids and attacks on civilians in various parts of the occupied west coast, with at least five attacks on Saturday and overnight.
Here’s a breakdown of the situation:
Put:
- The Israeli forces have been searching into the city of Al-Isawiya, near the occupied East Jerusalem, launching conflicts with their inhabitants, according to the mayor of the city, Palestinian news agency WAFA reports. No injuries have been reported.
- Israeli soldiers supported by military vehicles were breaking Salfit, a city near Jerusalem on the Central West Bank, before being attacked on the home of former Palestinian prisoner Saeed Skhtayeh and evoking his family. Shtayeh was released from Israeli captivity on Saturday, but expelled, not allowed to go home.
- The Israeli forces broke into the village of Nabi Saleh near Ramallah, Wafa reported, quoting the inhabitants saying that several Israeli soldiers were scattered all over the city.
- Israeli forces also searched into the city of El-Bireh near Ramallah, especially in the neighborhood of Jabal al-Tawil, and launched sound bombs and tear gas to residents.
- They also placed a checkpoint between the village of Harmal and the town of Tuqu, near Bethlehem, stopping vehicles, conducting tests and shooting sound bombs towards them.
- The Israeli army sent reinforcements to the refugee camp Tulkarem’s Nur Shams, where she spent a deadly, major military operation against the camp and its inhabitants.
Arrests:
- The Israeli forces were arrested by young men, Ahmed Fraseeni, from the city of Arrabeh near the town of Jenin, encouraging conflicts and broke into a nearby village of Bir al-Basha. Jenin has been a witness to the deadly attacks and siege of Israeli forces in recent weeks, which has killed about 25 Palestinians so far.
- The Israeli forces also detained two Palestinian children during raids. The boys were identified as Ubade Gassan Azim and Zaid Nur Ferhat, taken from the village of Qusra and Qaryut south of Nablus. Israeli soldiers often round out Palestinian boys.
Attacks:
- Israeli soldiers attacked a 36-year-old Palestinian man in Qalqily, resulting in his hospitalization.
- Jewish settlers, aided by the armed Israeli soldiers, attacked the Palestinian group in the city of Surif near Hebron, Wafa reported, citing local and medical sources. Immigrants from the illegal settlement Bea’s son – built on the occupied land of the West Coast – threw rocks on Palestinians, injuring at least one in their heads and resulting in his hospitalization.
- The settlers also attacked the Palestinian man in their vehicle near Bethlehem, wounding him in the eye after breaking the windows of the car he was in.
- Earlier, settlers’ attacks were recorded in the Wadi al-Faw region, the village of Jalud, near Nablus, and the village of Umm Safa, near Ramallah. In Jaluda and Umm Safa, the settlers arranged a living fire. There were no injuries report.
