Former Pakistani National Cricket Left weapon team Mohammad Amir shared his views on tensions in India and Pakistan on the eve of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Mohammad Amir said that he wanted to see both Team India and Team Pakistan as visiting the country to each other to play the Krixket matches.

India and Pakistan set up horns lock in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025

The highly octane match between India and Pakistan will host the International Cricket in Dubai on Sunday, February 2nd.

Mohammad Amir, who was one of Pakistan’s heroes in the 2017 champion trophy, said he supported Mohammad Rizwan & Co. To do something special, especially because of the way their recent effect and matches are held on home soil.
“I have a lot of hopes because Pakistan recently won the guest series. And I think this is a great achievement for Pakistan, winning Australia against Australia and then in South Africa against South Africa,” Amir told the India Times of India interview.
“Because the champion trophy in Pakistan, it will be an advantage for Pakistan, so I think Pakistan can really well,” he added.
Mohammad Amir added that Pakistani were absolutely delighted when they held an ICC event after a long time, which is being held in the country. He said:
“This is a huge thing for the whole country of Pakistan. After such a long time, such a big event happens, and almost all the big teams playing crickets come to Pakistan. This will be a huge festival in Pakistan,” he said.

Mohammad Amir further said that he was looking forward to seeing India to visit Pakistan for the competition, but he was disappointed when he saw how things were breaking.
However, he hoped that the relationship between the two nations would improve in the future and that teams would visit the country for each other because of the crislette matches.
“I really wanted the Indian team to come to Pakistan. As a player, I want Pakistan to go to India and India to come to Pakistan. There are no boundaries in the crice; those who set the borders, I was always against it.”
“I was hoping that India would come, and the Indian team Pakistan Aati toh Unko Maza Ata (India will enjoy it). The players would enjoy it, but at the end of the day the players do not have control over the supervision of that thing,” he added
“But now, you see, even Pakistani do not go to India; this has been decided, which, in my opinion, is not a good thing. I hope that in the future there will be a resolution to end these questions,” he concluded.
