In the video, an employee, identified as Irene, can see behind the counter interacting with a seemingly upset customer, who entered animated and waved his hands.
A male employee can be seen trying to keep Irene during the interaction before another buyer appears and seems to start yelling in the direction of the employee.

A few moments later, Irene grabbed a bottle that allegedly contained a ranch and began to jerk toward two women’s customers. The women allegedly responded by throwing a straw of a tank into Irene, according to Fox 13.
The male buyer then went upstairs and started talking from Irene before returning to the kitchen, grabbed a hot fat tank and threw it over the counter towards the customers.

It is unclear whether Irene remained employed at Wingstop or whether anyone was injured during the incident.
