Djibuti’s Mahmoud Ali Youssouf elected to the African Union Commission on the forehead

Djibuti’s long -term Foreign Minister Mahmoud Ali Youssouf was elected February 15 as head of the African Union Commission, providing support from regional leaders in Addis Ababi. Youssouf vowed to give a priority to peace and security while Africa faces conflicts and a major reduction in help.
