Venezuelan authorities on Thursday offered a $100,000 reward for information on Edmund Gonzalez Urrutia, as the exiled opposition candidate who claims to have won Venezuela’s presidential election from Nicolas Maduro in July is expected to return to South America from exile in Spain.
