A US Army veteran who drove his pickup truck into a crowd of New Orleans revelers, killing 15 people, posted videos on social media hours before the massacre saying he was inspired by the Islamic State group and expressed a desire to kill, US President Joe Biden said. The FBI said it was investigating the attack as an act of terrorism.
