The storm has moved away from French Mayotte after causing deadly floods in Madagascar

Tropical Storm Dikeledi moved south of the French Indian Ocean territory of Mayotte on Sunday after dumping heavy rains on parts of the archipelago just weeks after it was ravaged by a devastating cyclone. The storm earlier caused flash floods in nearby Madagascar, killing three people.
