The mayor of Nwarka says ICE agents have made a ‘no order’ raid, breaking the Constitution
Democrats of New Jersey and Immigrant Activists promised to fight the president Donald Trump Immigration policies after eight people were brought on Thursday at the ICE raid in Newark.
The Mayor of Ras Barak, members of the congress, state officials and migrant activists on Friday spoke at a press conference, where the mayor claimed that the US immigration and customs service (ICE) operated without a warrant and detained workers, including US military veteran.
“The problem with this is that none of these people were a rapist, killer or criminal,” Baraka said. “The problem is that Ice got there without a warrant.”
The mayor also said Newark must remain a city of migrants.

ICE spokesman previously said that a US citizen was asked to show identification.
