Tesla leads the EU to court due to the tariff on electric vehicles from China

Tesla leads the EU in court because of the tariff that has been imposed on the import of electric vehicles from China.

The European Court of Justice posted a case on its website on Monday morning. The US company follows BMW from Germany and several Chinese car manufacturers in submission of requests.

The EU has imposed an anti-Subsidian tariff of 7.8 percent to Tesla and up to 35.3 percent on other companies in October. This is with 10 percent of the standard import tariff.

This is the latest conflict between EU And Tesla owner of billionaire Elon Musk, adviser to US President Donald Trump. Musk is an open critic of EU EUological regulation and supported the end right in the German election campaign.

The European Commission said it would defend claims.
