Telephone (NYSE:TEF)(OTCPK:TEFOF) said on Saturday that the Spanish telecom’s board of directors had agreed to replace Chief Executive Officer Jose Maria Alvarez-Pallette with defense firm Indra Sistemas (OTCPK: ISMAF)(OTCPK: ISMAY) Chairman Marc Mutra.
Mutra has also been appointed as the executive chairman of the company.
