See: State Senator from the ranks of Democrat refuses to show a driver’s license at a traffic station
The longtime senator in Oklahoma was shot with a camera that he clashed with a replacement sheriff After stopping traffic has turned into a “very verbal” temptation.
The camera recording on the body collected by Fox News Digital shows State Senator Regina Goodwin, a Democrat from Tulsa, as a repeated altercation with the deputy Sheriff of the Tulsa Freddie Alaniz Sheriff Freddie Alaniz shortly after 1pm on Saturday, January 11, in Tulsi, Oklahoma.
The scene was shot with Alaniz’s body on the body and began with a tense exchange between a pronoun and a chosen official. Goodwin stopped after Alaniz said he testified to an official not stop at two signs of stop.
“Ma’am, I won’t ask you anymore. Can I get your driver’s license or can I take you to prison if you go the stop sign?” Alaniz asked Goodwin shortly after she stopped her and repeatedly sought her permit. “I won’t ask you again. It’s not for a discussion.”
The couple went back and forth, and Goodwin claimed to have “escalated” the police officer.
“That’s not true. That’s not true at all. I ran a conversation, and you suddenly said ‘I’ll arrest you,'” Goodwin said.
“No, I said, ‘or, I can arrest you if that’s what you want,” Alaniz said.
“I think you really escalated something,” she said. “No, sir – that is, why would it be an option for you at all?”
Alaniz: “Because you refuse to give me your driver’s license.”
Goodwin: “I didn’t refuse to give you my driver’s license.”
“I asked you more than five times to give me your driver’s license, and you continued to discuss your driver’s license,” answered the officer.
“I didn’t discuss my driver’s license at all, sir, that’s not true,” she replied.
After the initial altercation, Alaniz closed Goodwin with handcuffs and placed it in his patrol vehicle. Her lawyer, Mike Manning, who witnessed the scene, spoke with a deputy.
“I realize you have to do the job, the stage,” Manning said. “I realize that Sen. Goodwin can sometimes be a little stubborn, but don’t you think you can write her a fine or something? She’ll give you your driver’s license.”
“Yes, yes, I can absolutely,” Alaniz said. “I don’t need to ask her 10 times for a driver’s license.”
Manning replied, “I saw. I understand.”
“I have no problem writing her quote Or let her go, but I’m the one who commands stopping traffic, not her, “said the cop.” Her behavior – as it was – I can’t allow it. “
If I do not allow other people when I work in traffic, I will not allow her either.
The policeman also called his superior to the scene, saying he stopped Goodwin because he turned two signs of stop and “dragged her ass” string Tulsa Street.
“She went through with this sign stop here and the others a little lower. She just approached, slowed down and then [zoom] straight through them, “Alaniz said.” She drove so fast that when she hit her in puddles of water, only [splash] shooting at them. So I approached and pulled it. And as I went out, she got out of the car, ‘Why are you stopping me?’ You know, it just got very verbally. I was looking for a lot to her driver, many times, and she didn’t give it to me. “
