Residents are allowed to return while firefighters progress with fire in northern Los Angeles

Tens of thousands of people are allowed to return to their homes after the authorities have abolished the Evacuation Command on Thursday, and firefighters, assisted by helicopters to throw water, managed to restrain the fire in the mountains north of Los Angeles. Multiple uncontrolled fires around the city and surrounding districts continue to put residents under the evacuation warnings.
