Musk once again strongly condemned the Democrats who refused to deport sex offenders: vote ‘everyone’
Tech billionaire and Trump ally Elon Musk renewed criticism of more than 150 House Democrats who voted against deporting illegal immigrants convicted of sex crimes, demanding that every lawmaker be voted out of office.
“No excuses. Please release the list of people who opposed this bill and want to keep illegals who are convicted sex offenders in America,” Musk posted on his X account Saturday on the September House vote.
“They should all be voted out of office. Every single one of them.”
The Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act passed the House of Representatives in September, after all 215 Republicans present voted for the bill, and they were joined by 51 fellow Democrats. However, a total of 158 Democrats voted against the bill.
Democrats who voted against the bill came under scrutiny back in September and have faced fresh criticism on social media this month as commentators revive the vote ahead of President-elect Donald Trump taking office this month.
“The bill targeted rapists, pedophiles, domestic abusers and stalkers, ensuring they couldn’t stay in the US. Opponents argued it ‘demonized immigrants,’ but how does protecting convicted predators help anyone — especially their victims?” X show host Mario Nawfal posted on his account on Saturday, prompting Musk to speak out.
“Deporting violent felons isn’t ‘whistling’ – it’s basic public safety. Why would anyone vote to detain criminals who prey on women and children?” added Nawfal.
The bill would deport illegal immigrants convicted of sex crimes and also make illegal immigrants who admit to domestic violence or sex-related charges — or have been convicted of them — inadmissible to the U.S., Fox Digital previously reported. The bill is currently in the Senate and has been referred to the Judiciary Committee.
Prominent Democrats who voted against the bill included Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., former California Rep. Adam Schiff, who now serves in the Senate, and former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.
Musk’s call to vote Democrats out of Congress in the vote comes after he pledged in December to fund moderate Democratic politicians in deep-blue districts “so the country can get rid of those who don’t represent them.”

Musk is also slated to serve alongside Vivek Ramaswamy at the head of the incoming presidential advisory board, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which will work to reduce excessive government spending and reduce the size of government under Trump’s second administration.

Democrats who voted against the bill came under intense scrutiny from conservatives in September.
“If you vote against it, you’re sexist against women,” South Carolina Republican Nancy Mace, who introduced the bill, told Fox Digital in September.
ELON MUSK AGREES WITH RON PAUL’S CALL TO ‘END FOREIGN AID’
“I mean, really, because we’re talking about illegals who are here who do domestic violence, rape and murder of women and children – they have to go. They should not be allowed into our country.”
“158 Democrats just voted AGAINST deporting migrants for se*x offenses. This is a slap in the face to every victim and their family members. Democrats hate you and your kids,” the popular conservative X account Libs of TikTok posted at the time.
Democrats who voted against the bill characterized it as xenophobic and an example of “fear mongering” against immigrants.
“Here we are again, debating yet another biased bill that fears immigration hawks instead of working together to fix the immigration system,” said Congressional Progressive Caucus Chairwoman Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., during a debate on the bill.

“I probably shouldn’t be too surprised. Immigrant scapegoating and the attempt to weaponize domestic crime Violence seems to be a cherished Republican tradition.”
