Mohammad Amir delivers the iconic ‘Pushpa’ celebration after taking a wicket for Desert Vipers in the ILT20

Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir, on Wednesday (January 22), performed another Pushpa celebration after taking a wicket on a cricket ground. The left-arm pacer brought the celebrations during the match between Desert Vipers and Sharjah Warriorz in the ongoing International T20 League.

Desert Vipers captain Lockie Ferguson won the toss and elected to bowl first. He bowled the new ball to Mohammad Amir and the pacer hit the ground. He gave his team a flying start by taking not only two wickets but in the first over.

After Johnson Charles hit him for a four on the third ball, the former Pakistan pacer returned in style by dismissing the West Indies first ball on the very next ball. Charles went for a big shot and ended up hitting a delivery straight to the fielder at deep square leg. While he gained height on the shot, he could not get the distance.

Dan Lawrence made no mistake taking the catch. And as soon as he completed the catch, Mohammad Amir presented the iconic ‘Pushpa’ celebration, inspired by the Allu Arjun starrer ‘Pushpa’.
