Marcus Rashford wants Man Utd return amid claims of Barcelona deal

Marcus Rashford is reportedly considering a return to the Manchester United squad as his hope in January move away from Old Trafford they begin to fade.

Rashford has not featured in any of United’s last nine games in all competitions, usually missing out on a place in the matchday squad amid public pressure from head coach Ruben Amorim to raise his standards.

There was considerable speculation about transfers to numerous parties – AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund they dominated the headlines – but the sheer cost of any deal, even a loan, saw the saga drag on into the final days of the transfer window.

A wave of reports in the English media, including from The Timespoint out that Rashford has not given up his tools and is now working harder than ever to get back into Amorim’s mindset, including regular extra training.

The Telegraph Let’s add that Rashford has no problem with Amorim and is working to be ready for a recall if the head coach decides to end his exile. Amorim recently claimed that Rashford’s return to the squad was dependent on the striker, suggesting the 27-year-old could force his way back into the plans.

Clubs are likely to continue to explore a potential move for Rashford until the end of the transfer window. Monaco is the last to connect, but SPORT emphasize once again that he wishes to join Barcelona.

It is claimed that Rashford is willing to wait until the final days of the Barcelona transfer window to free up the wages needed to land the deal over the line. There is a full agreement on personal terms between the player and the club, but United they have not yet joined.
