The judge rejected the US mother’s request for extradition to accusations of killing two of her children in Colorado and “fled” to London.
Nine -year -old daughter Kimberlee Singler Elianna and seven -year -old son Adden were found dead on December 19, 2023 in Colorado Springs.
Prosecutors who operate on behalf of US officials said that Mrs. Singler, 36, “fled” from the US and was arrested in Western London 11 days later.
District judge John Zani told the Westminster Misdemeanor Court that he had rejected Mrs. Singler’s request against extradition and said that the case was now forwarded to the Minister of the Interior to decide whether to send a 36-year-old back to the US.
