France, USA, the UK urges nationals to leave Goma Dr. Congo while M23 Battles reinforce

While the M23 rebels closed to Goma, the capital in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, the United States, the UK and France, invited their nationals to leave the area. Conflicts between the Congolian army and the rebel have launched a humanitarian crisis because they are diplomatic efforts to mediate in the conversations between Congol and the leaders of Rwanda.
