Serge Atlaoui should return from Indonesia to France under an agreement that signed two countries that the Frenchman would move to his native land after spending almost 20 years waiting for a death sentence in that Asian country. Atlaoui claimed that he had been innocent of his closure in 2007 for alleged drugs related to drugs.
