(Reuters) – Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: ) and Amazon.com (NASDAQ: ) have joined a growing number of U.S. companies in reducing their diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) standards, aiming to increase racial and ethnic representation in the workplace against against the backdrop of increasing pressure from conservative groups.
