While we are gathering for today for 52. Annual march for life – The world’s biggest annual demonstrations for human rights – we mark the time of new beginnings. Earlier this week, our country welcomed a new presidential administration and closer to home, our organization also begins a new leadership season.

Undoubtedly it was an honor of life to serve this incredible organization – and to collective millions of marches – for the past 12 years, but I’m glad that I can now convey that responsibility to Jennie Bradley Lichter, with the belief that she is a woman who needs to do make a march for life and the Pro-Life Community this next season.

With such an exciting change, it is also good to remember what is immutable; What attracts innumerable people in Washington year after year, DC and what makes the march for life big.

The sign of a march for life is “Love Them Both,” in Washington, DC, January 21, 2022 (Fox News Digital)

I mean the fundamental values on which our efforts rest, remembering that all human life, born and unbornIt has a peculiar dignity and value that deserves protection and support in families, communities and law. They are unborn the poorest of the poor, the most vulnerable, and they are worthy of any possible protection we can offer. I can’t imagine a more valuable goal.

I wanted an abortion. But then I gained a friend who saved my baby

This year’s topic, life: why we are marching, emphasizes our desire to focus on these attractive, common sense and basic life basics. This includes the truth that every life has a characteristic dignity and that science shows that life begins at the moment of conception or fertilization. The core of the Pro-Life movement is to provide resources and support needed for pregnant women and families, and last, we must continue to use the power of testimony and narrative to change our hearts and minds.

Science clearly shows that life begins at the moment of conception/fertilization. From that moment on, the new human life in the uterus has its own genetically unique DNA, different from mother and father. With only six weeks, future parents can see and hear the heartbeat of their child, and up to 12 weeks all other organs have been formed.

Republicans can win abortion if conclusions for life tell their stories

This is just a few of the many moments of gestational development that testify to the reality that every life is unique, inherently valuable and deserves our love and protection.

Tragically, we live in a culture that sends women in this regard by confusing messages, presenting the false idea that abortion is necessary for flourishing and success. Still, the tragic reality is that 60% of women who had an abortion would rather give birth if they felt they had the emotional or financial support they needed.

Women need to know that they are strong and capable, and the pro-Life community will love them and support them long after their baby is born. That is why there are about 3,400 maternity homes and centers for pregnant women across America who help women in trouble who want to keep their children.

The denial of the innate value and dignity of unborn children through election abortion left scars on innumerable women, families and doctors, and, of course, hundreds of thousands of innocent and precious children robbed us every year. The speakers who spoke on the march for life this year, from a man who survived the failed abortion to the former abortion came to share their testimony and illuminate the abortion tragedy, serving as a lighthouse of hope for our future.

Sometimes we forget that abortion affects real people for the rest of our lives. But by brave dividing our stories, we can remind women and family Around us that their lives, as well as the lives of their child, are worthy of love and protection. Power is in our voices and power in our presence.

We march for unborn children in the womb, which deserve love and life. But dedication to life goes far beyond the protection of those who are still in the uterus; We stand by every mother and a family that fights as they greet new life in the world. We also march for former abortion, those who survived abortion and women who suffered the physical and emotional pain of abortion.

Our message is simple, direct and clear: every human life from the moment of conception deserves our respect and protection, and we are here to support those lives at every turn. The outburst of love and support showing the Pro-Life Community must serve as a guide light in the midst of such darkness.

So the world continues to change as it will always be but Marsh goals for a living Stay steady and faithful. We will continue to confirm the wonderful truth that unborn children are equal members of our human family, to offer resources and support for women and families in need and allow our testimony to tell the story that every human life is invaluable and that our abortion tragedy harms us everything. And that’s why we’re marching.
