Archaeologists discover ancient tools millions of years old

Just over 50 years ago, paleontologist Donald Johnson unearthed the remains of “Lucy,” an ancient human relative who lived more than 3 million years ago. Now another group of scientists has found new clues about what life was like in Lucy’s time, including the surprising discovery of early tools three million years old.
