Andrew Hersom joins Eastern Bank as senior vice president, head of investor relations for Investing.com
BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–East Coast is pleased to welcome Andrew Hersom as Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Relations. Mr. Hersom has over 19 years of experience in investor relations. He joins Eastern Bank from Argo Group International Holdings (NYSE: ) where he was head of investor relations responsible for connecting with the investment community. Before that, Mr. Hersom was senior vice president of investor relations at People’s United Financial (NASDAQ:), Inc. until the acquisition of the company by M&T Bank. He was previously Director of Investor Relations at The Travelers Companies (NYSE:), Inc. and financial analyst in Citigroup (NYSE:) Life insurance (NS:) & Annuities. Mr. Hersom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laudefrom Providence College and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
