An armed assailant killed at least 10 people, including two children, in the south of Montenegro, the police said.
At least some of the deaths occurred in a restaurant in the Cetinje area, before the suspect allegedly moved to other places.
The shooting was preceded by a verbal argument between the guests, a police official told RTCG.
The suspect is still on the run and a search is underway for him. Prime Minister Milojko Spajić described the shooting as a “terrible tragedy”.
